Bethlehem, PA - Free Problem Gambling Training: Expansion Update and Ethics
REGISTRATION FOR THIS EVENT HAS CLOSED
Sands Bethlehem Sponsors a workshop presented by The Council on Compulsive Gambling of Pennsylvania, Inc.
“PA Gambling Expansion Update” and “Ethics and Gambling”
Join us for this mini-conference, which will consist of two workshops focusing on PA gambling expansion and Ethics related to gambling. The morning session will outline the current state of gambling availability in Pennsylvania, as well as what is on the horizon. This information will be integral to professionals working with clients experiencing gambling related issues, as new forms of gambling are continually being made available. Having an understanding of the activities that individuals may be participating in, and in addition, of what safeguards and protections are currently in place, will assist in better understanding the issues and how to help. The afternoon program will consist of three (3) hours of Ethics as they relate to gambling – these hours can be used to satisfy continuing education requirements in Pennsylvania.
*Note – attendees must complete the entire program to receive credits.
