Gambling Disorder and Systems Intersection
Learn how the criminal justice and behavioral health systems address concerns surrounding gambling addiction.
This event is designed to educate direct services personnel working in the criminal justice system of the warning signs associated with gambling problems and how they can best address these issues and help their participants maintain recovery.
Participants will receive information to help identify treatment programs in their service areas and learn the differences between substance use and gambling disorders.
- List two differences between the substance use disorder and gambling disorder.
- Create two gambling informed questions to include in their work with participates.
- Identify the specific gambling disorder treatment program in their service area.
CEU’s will be offered, FREE training, Continental Breakfast
