The Emotional Roller Coaster: Family Support

While there is often an emphasis on work with the individual with gambling disorder, family members also face an emotional rollercoaster. This session explores the range of emotions among family members during the cycle of addiction and recovery. Understanding tools to stabilize a supportive family, and neutralize the fear, anger, and shame in family members can help to create an environment that facilitates the successful establishment of recovery.
