WEBINAR: Problem Gambling and Substance Use Disorders – Similarities and Differences (NJ)

The Council on Compulsive Gambling of New Jersey (CCGNJ) will host  “Problem Gambling and Substance Use Disorders – Similarities and Differences.

This webinar will look at the behaviors that are common to all addictions, including risk taking, deception and how addiction, whether substance use or gambling, gradually takes over a person’s life. The issue of tolerance increasing with prolonged substance use and protracted problem gambling will also be addressed.

CEU’s will be offered for attendees who pass a short quiz following the webinar (i.e., passing is correctly answering 4 of 5 questions). CCGNJ’s website will have CEU certificates available to be printed up to 30 days following the webinar.
